OWLE: A Mount That Turns Your iPhone 3GS Into A Mobile Video Workhorse

The new iPhone 3GS has pretty swell video quality. That get’s people excited. This OWLE mount ratchets up that wuality a good notch.

Video certainly seems to be the format of the future for information consumption. Technology like this will make it easier for people without expensive equipment or the methods to carry it around, continue to participate in the user generated, video content revolution.

How will churches use stuff like this? While I don’t think high quality broadcasts will be captured on these any time soon, they sure would be great for:

  • Camps
  • Man on the Street
  • Missions

Oh yes! It’s happening and there is nothing you can do to stop it! I think they must be using Quicktime Broadcaster to deliver the video to the iPhone (Flash does not work on the platform). Very cool. Now all it needs is an integrated chat room.
